Sony has pulled Capcom’s Monster Hunter Freedom Unite from the PlayStation Store after a exploit was found in the PSP title, allowing it to run unsigned code. Sony has been quick to respond to exploits on the PS Vita in order to prevent the new console from becoming rife with piracy and exploits like the PSP.
Previously, Everybody’s Tennis and Motorstorm: Arctic Edge were also removed for the same reason, but were later patched and returned to the PlayStation Store. Hopefully Monster Hunter will return soon with a patch and Sony can find some way to allow homebrew to exist happily on their portable.
