Amanita Design’s puzzle point-and-click adventure game, Machinarium, will arrived on the PS Vita on May 1st 2013. The PS Vita will be the eighth platform to receive the game, with the game first releasing on the PC back in 2009. The game sees you take on the role of a robot called Josef (named after Josef Čapek, the creator of the word “robot”), who tackles the misdeeds of the Black Cap Brotherhood by solving puzzles and brainteasers.
The PS Vita version has a few additions over the pS3 version, including the addition of magnetic hotspots and the ability to zoom in. If you haven’t experienced the game yet, the game’s designer, Jakub Dvorsky, describes the PS Vita version as being “even better” than the previous definitive version on the PS3.
