Overnight, Sony released a new minor firmware update for the PS Vita, updating the system software to version v2.12. The update simply improves system software stability, but luckily it’s optional to install, so you won’t need it unless you are having issues on your portable console or unless a specific PS Vita game required the firmware to be installed.
As usual, Sony hasn’t given out any further information about the firmware update, except for the usual vague changelog below:
