Sony is finally letting go of the PSP – it’s first handheld game console – with production stopping in Japan effective immediately. The console has sold over 80 million units worldwide. Current owners of the PSP will also be able to trade in the handheld for the newer console: the PS Vita.
Lots of new content is available for the PS Vita this week, with five new games added to the store, including Borderlands 2, Lemmings Touch, and free-to-play TREASURES OF MONTEZUMA: ARENA. You can also find various new DLC to download and two new deals of the week.
Five new PS Vita games are available on the US PlayStation Store this week, including Lemmings Touch and The Sly Collection. Limbo has also been added to the Instant Game Collection, and can be downloaded for free if you’re a PlayStation Plus subscriber. You can also find lots of new DLC too.
New content is available on the PS Vita store in Europe this week, adding two new games – one for the PS Vita and one for PlayStation Mobile. You can also find new DLC content for various games, and a massive discount on FIFA 14, which has been reduced to just £14.99 / €19.99 for one week only.

New games include God Of War Collection and Titan Attacks!, both of which are cross-buy. You can also find new DLC content and two games as part of Deal of the Week.

New content is available on the European PlayStation Store, with a number of new PS Vita and PlayStation Mobile games added, including Demon Gaze and Ragnarok Odyssey Ace. May’s Instant Game Collection is also live, with two new game added.
New content is available on the US PlayStation Store this week, but not a lot of new content for the PS Vita. There aren’t any new games this week, but Velocity Ultra has been added to the Instant Game Collection and a selection of DLC is available for purchase.
Alongside the release of PS4 Firmware v1.70, Sony has also released a new firmware update for the PS Vita. The new firmware updates the PS Vita System Software to version v3.15 and enhances the PS4 Remote Platy functionality.
New content is available for the PS Vita and PlayStation Mobile on the European PlayStation Store this week, with the first two episodes of The Walking Dead: Season 2 now available for purchase. You can also find five new PS Mobile games and a selection of new DLC.
