PS Vita Gets Temporary Price-Cut in France
Sony has announced a short term incentive for anyone looking to buy a PS Vita in Europe, or more specifically France. It has been confirmed to MCV that this deal is only available in France and won’t be coming to the UK or other markets.
Treasures of Montezuma Blitz Updated to v1.50
Treasures of Montezuma Blitz has been updated on the PlayStation Vita to version v1.50. The update, which is 52MB in size, adds a number of improvements to the game, including various tournament related changes, and the addition of Trophies.
Snapshot Coming to PS Vita and PS3 this Fall
Snapshot, a 2D puzzle platformer, is coming to PS Vita and PS3 (with cross-platform saves) this fall. In Snapshot, you control a robot named Pic. Pic carries a high-tech camera that can “capture” and remove objects and parts of the environment. You can then paste the picture back into the world causing all the objects to come tumbling back out.

A new video application is now available on the PlayStation Vita. Nico Nico is a social video networking service that allows you to view and overlay time stamped comments on live or uploaded videos. The application is available to download from the PlayStation Store today.

With only a week to go until E3 2012, Sony has announced a new PSP model. The PSP-E1000 will be available in the new “Ice White” body colour and will be released in July priced at just £89.99/€99.99 (RRP). Not something we expected, to say the least.

If you weren’t lucky the first time around, the second phase of beta emails for LittleBigPlanet started going out yesterday evening. If you are lucky, you will have received a PSN voucher code in your email to download the beta straight to your Vita.
Two PS Vita Games Leaked by Two Different Sites
It looks like two websites will be in trouble for leaking information about two previously unannounced PlayStation Vita titles. Spotted on GAME’s website, Ghost Recon: Final Mission was spotted with a “TBC 2012” release date. While over at Zavvi, Assassin’s Creed III was spotted with a “October 31st 2012” release date.
