PlayStation Mobile launches next week, on October 3rd 2012, and Indie games developer PLAYISM has confirmed that critically acclaimed Eufloria will be part of the launch line-up. Eufloria is a “beautiful work of art based on the motif of Dyson Trees, comet-based plants proposed by the physicist Freeman Dyson which can grow in outer space.”

Remote Play Patch Coming for Tokyo Jungle
Tokyo Jungle is now available in Europe and North America, but isn’t yet compatible with the PS Vita’s Remote Play feature. Like Japan, a patch is on the way according to Sony Worldwide Studios’ Shuhei Yoshida via Twitter. A release date for the patch will be revealed shortly once the patch is ready.
PS Vita Black Ops Declassified Bundle Will Include Digital Copy of Game
Sony’s official PlayStation Vita Call of Duty: Black Ops Declassified bundle will include a voucher to download a digital copy of upcoming FPS, not a physical copy. The bundle also includes a 4GB memory card, which will presumably be completely used up by the game once downloaded.
Gaming on the go gets Better with Free Wi-Fi from O2 in the UK
O2 have announced they are to provide absolutely free Wi-fi to everyone in the UK, not just O2 customers, allowing PS Vita and PSP gamers to enjoy online games on the go. The service is totally free, and doesn’t require you to enter credit card details before giving you access.
Need for Speed: Most Wanted Delayed for PS Vita
According to an update from EA in Poland, the PS Vita version of Need for Speed: Most Wanted has been delayed, while the console and PC versions are still on schedule for release this year. The PS Vita version was expected to launch in November 2012, but is now expected in Spring 2013 is the Polish translation is correct.
Silent Hill: Book of Memories Demo Available for PS Vita Tomorrow
Konami have announced that a playable demo for Silent Hill: Books of Memories will be available to download for the PS Vita tomorrow. The demo will let players choose between two characters and play the first two zones from the game, as well as a boss battle.
LittleBigPlanet Karting May “End Up” On PS Vita
United Front Games are putting the final touches on LittleBigPlanet Karting for the PS3 as it approaches its November release date. Jen Timms, producer on the game, has hinted that the game may end up on more platforms, including the PS Vita, but “nothing set in stone yet”.
Persona 4 Golden Set for November 20th Release in North America
Japan’s best selling title Persona 4 Golden has got a official release in North America. The game will be releasing on November 20th, but a European release isn’t expected until Spring 2013. The game features a number of enhancements and additions over the original Japanese version too.
PS Vita Firmware v1.81 Blocks PSP Exploits
Recently release firmware v1.81 for the PS Vita has been confirmed to block PSP exploits on the system, namely, Nuer0n’s homebrew loader known as VHBL. Sony has patched the PS Vita system software to crash the console if attempting to use the PSP exploit found in games like Monster Hunter.
Sony Fixes LittleBigPlanet PS Vita Download Issue
PS Vita gamers who purchased and downloaded LittleBigPlanet PS Vita earlier this week were plagued with C2-12383-7 errors, preventing the game from being installed. SCEE have since responded and confirmed the issue, which affected “a small number of people”. The game has been fixed on the PlayStation Store and can be downloaded and installed correctly now.
