Following on from Sony’s Gamescom Press Conference, the company has released a new trailer for Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time as well as more details about the cross-play and cross-buy features in the game. In addition to featuring cross-save, the game will also use Augmented Reality using the PS Vita to help you collect some valuable items as you play through the PS3 version of the game.

Ratchet & Clank: QForce Coming to PS Vita
At the Gamescom Press Conference, Sony announced that Ratchet & Clank are coming to the PS Vita in Ratchet & Clank: QForce. The game will be available on both the PS3 and PS Vita, and will support full cross-play and cross-save support. The new Cross-buy initiative will also be extended to QForce, meaning anyone purchasing the PS3 version will be able to download the PS Vita at no additional cost.
PS Vita Will Have Over 100 Compatible PSOne Titles
Sony has revealed that PS Vita Firmware v1.80 will be coming at the end of August, bringing with it PSOne Classics compatibility to the portable console. While Sony has only announced a handful of compatible titles, the company have committed to releasing over a hundred titles.

Media Molecule has announced its new IP called Tearaway, which will be released exclusively on the PS Vita. Tearaway follows a paper character called Iota, a messenger who needs the player’s help to navigate the world. Iota and the world of Tearaway is made of paper and it can be taken advantage and manipulated by the player.
