Sound Shapes is now available to download from the PlayStation Store this week in North America. You can also find a new Minis title to enjoy too. There is no new DLC or other content for the PS Vita this week, however.
Remote Play Games You Can Play on your PS Vita
Remote Play is supported by a number of games on the PS3, so if you are getting bored of the games you have on your PS Vita, try out some of these. In addition to games, some of the PS3’s Apps also support Remote Play too.
Oddworld Titles Coming to PS Vita “Very Soon”
Oddworld: Munch’s Oddysee HD and Oddworld: Stranger’s Wrath HD will both be available on PlayStation Vita “very soon”, Oddworld Inhabitants has announced. On their Facebook page, Oddworld Inhabitants suggested development will be coming to a close soon.
BlazBlue: Chrono Phantasma Announced for 2013 Release
Developer Arc System Works have announced a new BlazBlue game for PlayStation and Xbox. The game, subtitled Chrono Phantasma will be releasing in Arcades in Japan this winter, with PS3 and Xbox 360 versions to follow in 2013.
Assassin’s Creed III: Liberation is 12 Hours Long
Despite being a portable title, Assassin’s Creed III: Liberation on the PS Vita will include a significant amount of gameplay. Speaking to the Official PlayStation Magazine, producer Mathieu Hector revealed that the game’s story mode will take 12-15 hours to complete.
Sound Shapes Trophy List
Sound Shapes on the PS Vita and PS3 has a massive 32 silver trophies, one gold and one Platinum trophies. The game is a side-scrolling platformer with a musical focus, that utilises the PS Vita’s front and rear touch-screen to place sounds of different musical instruments.
Sony: ‘Vita’s Killer Games are Still to Come’
Every PS Vita owner knows that the PS Vita is lacking ‘killer’ games, and it seems that SCE UK chief Fergal Gara is also aware of the issue. Speaking to MCV, Gara said the PS Vita’s best months are still to come.
Puddle Updated to Version v1.01
A new patch for PS Vita title Puddle has been released, updating the game to version v1.01. The minor patch is 19MB in size and fixes a bug with the game. The game was released only this week in Europe, and North America over a week ago.
