Ys: Memories of Celceta is coming to North America just in time for Thanksgiving. Ys: Memories of Celceta is a complete reimagining of the series’ legendary fourth instalment, and will be releasing on November 26th 2013. The game has been published in Japan three times previously, all of which were different games developed by different studios.
SEGA has announced that Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA f is coming to the PS Vita in Europe and North America in early 2014. Together with the announcement, a new trailer for the game has also been released, which you can watch below. More news on the title will be available in coming weeks.
This week’s PlayStation Store update in Europe is now live, adding a number of new PS Vita and PlayStation Mobile games for you to download. New games include A-Men 2, and Angry Birds Star Wars on the PS Vita, among others. A total of four new PS Mobile titles are available to download and some new DLC.
Earlier this week, Sony teased the return of PocketStation in a bizarre video with a November 5th reveal. It turns out that the Japanese device will be relaunched as a PS Vita application with a variety of classic mini-games, shown in the trailer below.
Overnight, Sony released a major firmware update for the PS Vita, updating the system software to version v3.00. The firmware update adds and improves a number of features, including the PS4 Link application which can be used for Remote Play and Second Screen gaming. The Group Messaging and Trophies app have also been updated to make them compatible with the PS4.
Starlight Inception, a first-person / third-person space combat experience, is coming to PS Vita in December. The game features a single-player campaign and several multiplayer options. In Starlight Inception, you’re a young space fighter pilot assigned to the U.S.F. Midway (SCVN-41) one hundred years from tomorrow. In the first mission you’ll learn about your ship, the controls, and face your first enemies.
New PS Vita games, DLC and PS Mobile games have been added to the PlayStation Store in Europe this week. New games include Furmins and the new Tunein Radio app. Two new PS Mobile games have been added, along with new DLC for LittleBigPlanet and MotorStorm RC.
A number of new PS Vita games are available on the North American PlayStation Store this week, including the expensive Angry Birds Star Wars, and free-to-play title Crazy Market. Sine Mora has been added to the Instant Game Collection and you can also find plenty of new DLC to enjoy.
Sony has announced TuneIn Radio for the PS3 and PS Vita in North America, which is the world’s most popular service for listening to live, online radio. The service has more than 70,000 AM, FM and Internet radio stations, and will be available on the PS3 today, with a PS Vita app available on the PlayStation Store next week.
A new teaser trailer for the PS Vita’s 2D side-scrolling skating game, OlliOlli, has been released. The short trailer includes a few media quotes and show some very short new gameplay footage from the game. The indie game is being developed by roll7, and will be available on the PS Vita later this year.
