Also, with the launch of PlayStation Now Open Beta on the PS Vita, you can also find a selection of new games to enjoy on the Vita. Finally, you can also find new DLC and a selection of new themes and avatars.

PlayStation Now Open Beta Now Available on PS Vita, PS TV
With the launch of the PlayStation TV in North America today, you’ll be happy to know that PlayStation Now is also available on both the PS Vita and PS TV today. The open beta is available in North America only, and allows you to stream PS3 games to both the Vita and PlayStation TV, in addition to the PS4 and PS3.
Minecraft: PS Vita Edition Gets Release Date
4JStudios has revealed that the PS Vita version of Minecraft has passed it’s final phase of testing at Sony and will be releasing in Europe next Wednesday, October 15th 2014. The US version of the game, however, is still undergoing checks and doesn’t have a release date yet.
EU PS Vita Store Update for October 8th 2014
New content is available on the European PlayStation Store, with a number of new games and DLC added. You can find three new PS Vita games, including Pix the Cat (cross-buy) and Akiba’s Trip: Undead & Undressed. October’s Instant Game Collection is also live, with 3 new games added, including Rainbow Moon.
US PS Vita Store Update for October 7th 2014
New content is available on the US PlayStation Store with lots of new games added. You can find 6 new PS Vita games, including Pix the Cat, Jet Car Stunts and Vib-Ribbon. October’s Instant Game Connection is also live with four new PS Vita games to download, including Rainbow Moon and Spelunky.
PlayStation Now Coming to PS Vita and PS TV Next Week
Following the release of the PlayStation TV FAQs for North America, it has emerged that PlayStation Now will be coming to the PS Vita and PlayStation TV next week. The FAQs reveal that both devices will get access to the PlayStation Now beta on October 14th – the same day as PlayStation TV launches in the US.
PlayStation Vita System Software Ver. 3.30
Sony has released Firmware v3.30 for the PS Vita, adding the ability for gamers to personalise the PS Vita’s Start and Home screens, system application icons and the system’s background music through custom Themes. The update also brings improvements to the Trophies and Calendar apps. The full changelog can be found below.
EU PS Vita Store Update for October 1st 2014
The PlayStation Store in Europe has been updated with new content, but it’s a rather small update compared to North America’s one. New content includes a new PS Vita game and seven new PS Mobile games. You can also find price drops on a couple of games and new Deals of the Week.
